Perfectionists tend to be high-achieving, and from the outside look like they have it all together. On the inside however, you might feel anxious and exhausted, and you’re so used to being hard on yourself you may barely even notice the pressure you’re constantly under. The rigor you use to do everything perfectly has probably served you well so far in life, leading to a lot of job success, positive feedback and admiration. But aren’t you tired of working so hard?

We get it. A lot of perfectionist clients worry that if they work on being less conscientious, they will have to give up exactly what has helped them thrive.
